I take a estradiol valerate shot weekly and I never experience mood swings.  Well almost never...

Last week I participated in a 7-day 500 mile bicycle ride for charity through the Appalachian mountains of Pennsylvania.  About day 3 I noticed I was being very emotional.  At one point I actually had to stop and collect myself because I was crying so hard.

On day 5 I was on edge, quick to snap, moody, easily sent into a crying fit.  Basically, I hate this term but the stereo typical phrase fits,  I would say PMSing.

Does extreme prolonged exercise cause the body to process the hormones out faster or maybe increase testosterone?

Extreme endurance type exercise will reduce testosterone in the long term if exercise recovery is lacking.  It decreased mine by 30 percent a few years ago.  Heavy strength training is supposed to increase testosterone but I don't know if that still works when one is taking a blocker.

THIS! Yes, being more active will burn the hormones faster so that you might need to inject earlier than usual. This has happened to other girls before.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

Well, this makes sense.  I run a lot and noticed my dips in my hormone effects and started injecting more frequently.  I had not associated it with my workouts...I just noticed I would have a drop in my levels (from the way I was feeling) and added more E and felt better.
Some people say I'm apathetic, but I don't care.
