Scrotum and labia absorb gel to a much greater degree (as does penile skin) but it can burn a little. Usually, thinner areas also absorb better, like the inner arm, inner knee, armpits, inner thighs, face, scalp. Again, I'm not recommending you apply the gel to any of these areas, just pointing out information I've come across. You can double check with your doctor and/or pharmacist.
