Hey guys,

so I'm asking this question here, but I'm not in any way taking it as replacement to advice from a doctor. I'm seeing him in about two weeks and I won't change my dose until we discuss my medical readings. I'd just like to get an opinion from guys that might've gone through the same thing, since I'm a bit curious as to where this comes from.

I inject <dosage not allowed> every week. On my last doc visit two months ago, I was told I have high levels of T, even though they're not crossing the ''normal'' line, and that the risk this brought with it was that it could turn back into E. I wasn't really concerned about that at first, but I've noticed that when I get significant changes, I have days where I get tired. So tired, in fact, that I crash and need to get some sleep, even though I've had my whole night and then some. I'm a very active person, and I hate missing gym sessions, but it feels like I'm constantly wiped out. This chronic fatigue wasn't present on this dose constantly, it feels like it comes in phases that always bring a handful of changes with them. It's why I'm asking myself this relevant question; is this really about the dosage needing to be lowered, or am I experiencing normal symptoms, especially considering the hysto is yet to be done, with E pushing back against the T?

In a scenario where I'm advised to lower, I'd go to <dosage not allowed> I'm just not sure it's really the solution and I wonder how I'd feel if I changed my dosage.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Fatigue can be a sign of low T or high E, I wouldn't be surprised if that's what is causing it. Of course, your doctor knows best. If you feel worse on a lower dose, you can always bring that up again to your doctor too. Sometimes you have to decide between 2 less than ideal side effects. If you feel any particular way about what your doctor decides, I encourage a discussion with them, because a good solution can usually be found.

I, too, started out at that dose. It was fine for me for about nine months until I just started feeling sort of ****** all the time--tired, weird pressure-type feelings in my head, sluggish--and when I went back to the endo to get checked out, my RBC count and Hemoglobin were elevated past the upper end of normal for males. She immediately halved my dose and I've been at that halved dose ever since.

I was very worried about my mental state declining since I felt amazing at the original dose other than the blood issues. My worries were unfounded as literally nothing felt different.

Your dosage will be edited out because it isn't allowed to be posted here. It's also not entirely relevant as a stand alone number and should be evaluated based on lab results.

You are probably fatigued because of the high E. That would either happen when you are not getting enough T, or you are getting too much. So again, need lab results to quantify.

I started at the same dose you are on. I stayed at that dose until my hysto, at which point I reduced my dose by 20%. My E levels were not within the male reference range until after my hysto. I also didn't get fatigued until after my hysto before I changed my dose (without ovaries to regulate with E production, my T was too high). At first I was pissed about the reduction in dose because I was getting a lot of great effects that I hadn't gotten prior to the hysto (my beard finally connected). But ultimately it was for the best, because I was finding it hard to function.

Let your doctor decide what the right dose for you is. Don't go into it with a preconceived notion of what your dose should be based on what other people tell you. I have seen people on doses almost twice as high as mine, and I have seen doses that are half of mine. It's all unique to each person's individual biology. The levels matter more than your dosage.
