So, my family and I were doing research to see about starting Testosterone. We found out that the Planned Parenthood in Southwest Florida helps patients with starting HRT. On their website and everything it said they would take patients below the age of 18 as long as the parents consented. We called and they told my step mom to email them with details about the service we were looking for.

I'm not sure about what happened after that but the lady she was initially talking to told her they only took patients 18 and older, but did make exceptions. She asked her supervisor and she told her no. I'm just so confused. Why would your website say you would take patients who are minors if you don't really do that?

I've been so bummed all day. This was our last resort.

If you looked at the main web site, there may be some offices that will take people under 18 and others that will not. Sometimes states have restrictions on medical services so it's possible to conform to state law, you must be 18 years old. In any case, this guide might prove useful.
