Hi everyone,

I've been female all my life but only began properly transitioning three years ago. Development of breasts has been considerable and I can look female.

I'm now considering vaginoplasty, possibly in Thailand. I wondered if anyone has recommendations correlating to surgical brilliance / experience / waiting lists / costs?

Thanks :)

As a general rule, your surgeon will be absolutely fabulous and everyone else will have gone to a veterinarian.   Seriously,  you're not going to get much objectivity in these threads. Your best bet is stick with one of the surgeons who routinely works with Westerners, in my opinion.
