@rose: yeah, it's tight but not painful. I figured that a regular dilation (once in 2 days) makes it a lot easier to have sex.
Yeah, that's true, men do enjoy the tightness.
On further research, I found that some of the erectile tissue was left below urethra and above vagina, which when aroused would protrude. I had a touch-up to define the labia minora and requested the doctor to look into it and reduce the size of the tissue, if possible. I am hopeful that this would resolve the issue I face.
I believe, it was not the tightness alone that made the neo-vagina being clocked. It must have been the combination - need of touch-up for better labia minora definition, vaginal tightness (which is there but now to a less extent since I am regular with dilation) and the erectile tissue. I am recovering now from the touch-up and am hoping things will get better
