Post-op help - neo-vaginal clocking

Hello girls,

As most of you know, I have had my surgery with Dr. Narendra. I have observed that most of the people i have had sex with are able to clock my neo-vagina when they touch it. I think the following could be the reasons:

1 - Tightness - I am now woking on it by dilating daily
2 - The urethra protrudes whenever I am aroused and when touched from outside it feels like the penile tip/head - is this normal?
3 - I haven't had the touch-up yet. Will soon have it for labia minora.

My main concern is the point 2 above. I would really appreciate if you could help me.

I must say by the way, that other than the above I am pretty happy with the results and the sensation os fantastic.

Yea I remember you did say something bout your Labia and how he left over extra skin in that area ( I am guessing its saggy in so many words ) and I think one of the other girls said that. Is it a reason he does this ?
And I'm shocked how people saying they can tell by just touch ?!?! Even tho I never seen or touched urs yet lol (jk hehe ) ... [emoji848][emoji848][emoji848]

And bout tightness I thought men would love that of a vagina (which I hear is why colovaginaplasty have more of a grip than the other versions of grs) ... or so tight nothing can barely into it [emoji15]

One of my friend she had her srs with doctor suporn she told me they clock her for tightness too although they love it but it was hard to have sex with her

Yeshika is it painful or hard to have sex ?

Wow, Ive only heard one person saw they were clocked, and that was due to the scars on the outer portion of the vagina. I don't understand why being "tight" would give it away that its a neo-vagina.

This is a common issue for cisgender women too.

Mine has never been clocked, but men have commented on the tightness in a very complementry way, a lot of men do enjoy the tightness, that's my experience, maybe I'm wrong, but a loose vag can mean a lot of use ''loose woman'' a tight vag men can come to conclusion rare use or bordering on a virgin, it's probably all nonsense, my husband knows my history, he is straight and has been with other women before he married me, I've asked him serveral times how I compare and has always given me the same answer, ''it's nice and tight, just the way I like it''

@rose: yeah, it's tight but not painful. I figured that a regular dilation (once in 2 days) makes it a lot easier to have sex.

Yeah, that's true, men do enjoy the tightness.

On further research, I found that some of the erectile tissue was left below urethra and above vagina, which when aroused would protrude. I had a touch-up to define the labia minora and requested the doctor to look into it and reduce the size of the tissue, if possible. I am hopeful that this would resolve the issue I face.

I believe, it was not the tightness alone that made the neo-vagina being clocked. It must have been the combination - need of touch-up for better labia minora definition, vaginal tightness (which is there but now to a less extent since I am regular with dilation) and the erectile tissue. I am recovering now from the touch-up and am hoping things will get better will keep you girls posted !
