...and I was all excited because she told me everything looked great and I could drop from semi-annual to annual appointments. She gave me the assignment to start researching GCS although I don't think I can afford it and I was floating high enough on the good news that I started when I got home.
Then the lab results came back:
Testosterone 38 ng/dl ADULT FEMALES: 10-75 ng/dl (Yay!)
17-Beta Estradiol 189 PG/ML (Yay!)
FEMALES NORMALLY MENSTRUATING
FOLLICULAR PHASE 21 TO 251 pg/ml
MID CYCLE PHASE: 38 TO 649 pg/ml
LUTEAL PHASE: 21 TO 312 pg/ml
Calcium, Bld 10.5 MG/DL 8.6-10.3 (Uh oh!)
She diagnosed me with hypercalcemia, ordered further tests and asked me to come back in 6 months. OK, reasonable.
Stupid me, I looked up hypercalcemia. Now I'm worried.

April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!
Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.
They say the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train. I say, climb aboard!
Think outside the voice box!
