@ Barbie
I don't think that the after picture are dramatically different to you current looks.  The major difference , besides the lighter color is that they made your nose a little narrower at the bottom of it (less flared), and that the slanted your eyes a little more (i. E.) make you look a little more "Asian".

Yes. The changes are subtle, but it is like magic.

I still feel that the "original" Barbie looks pretty good, and that the "computer" Barbie does not look any better!

I don't see any dramatic difference, the app makes the contours a little softer, but also not as clear.

Yea I know. The app made me hot!
You are hot.  The app did not change your facial structure, it just enhanced what is there.  Let estrogen do it's jobby with moving some fat around, and you do the makeup work, and you are as hot as the faceapp girl!

You mean those days when you were a Geisha, doing the Japanese tea ceremonies?

They are both Chinese figures. The first one is from a popular TV drama:

The second one is a famous Chinese queen, the best known beauty in the Chinese history: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yang_Guifei

And the Chinese sentences are from a famous poem depicting the love and regret of the Chinese King to Yang Guifei: Chang hen ge https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chang_hen_ge_(poem)

在天願作比翼鳥 在地願為連理枝
"Let's be two birds in the sky flying side by side. Let's be two branches on the earth inseparably tied."

The translation is not accurate, but the first sentence mentions a legendary pair of birds, and the second a pair of trees looking like this:

The way it looks to me, Chinese writing is quite a bit different to Korean writing?  Korean writing looks pretty square to me, and easier to decipher.  Am I correct?

Basically Hangul (Korean alphabet) consists of horizontal and vertical bars like Chinese characters. Regarding shapes of letters in the human history of writing, Jared Diamond once wrote an excellent and insightful essay:
http://discovermagazine.com/1994/jun/writingright384

In summary, the shapes greatly differ depending on the material used for scribing such as clay, papyrus, stone, bronze, and paper.

Probably Hangul is the easiest alphabet in the world to learn. You can learn pronouncing and writing it within a few hours: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hangul

Thanks, interesting reading.  I have to share this with my ex wife, she is a linguist, and taught at a university  foreign language acquisition methods to high school language teachers.
