Changes to Wiki Staff

I regret to announce that due to job promotions and the resulting heavier works loads, both KyleW, and RachelW will no longer be able to serve on the Wiki Staff.

On behalf of Susan, her staff and the other members I would like to publicly thank them both for the contributions they made to our Wiki on the medical side.  They did a great job.

Thanks again to them both.
