I'm thinking of making my appointment for electrolysis in Texas at E3000.  I want to get it done quickly and be as permanent as possible. Has anyone got any words of advise or know of anyone has had it done there. I'm wanting to do this sometime in the next month if possible.

                                              Thanks !

I'm not familiar with E3000. However, I am and know a couple of places for laser. Ideal Image recently opened a shop in the West Village area of Dallas. I had electrolysis pretty much from eyebrow to thigh when I first started transitioning 7 years ago. In that time technology has changed and I went into Ideal Image last year for my legs and some touch-up work on my upper lip. The results were amazing. I would recomend them to anyone.

I went last June for my first full clearing. I spent a total of nine hours in the chair, with two operators at a time. In that time they got my face, ears, and armpits. I haven't been able to afford my next visit yet, it probably won't be till summer, then I can work on going every six weeks and finishing up the face. As Kiera pointed out, they usually book way in advance, so start early to get your preferred dates.

Hugs,

Rhonda

I went ahead and got an appointment late Febuary for 3 days with the girls at E3000.  I'm really looking forward to this. Nose job in January and electrolysis in Febuary. One thing just crossed my mind. This is gonna HURT !!

I sent them pictures of me to look at so they could see what kind of facial hair growth I have if I dont shave. Had to go 3 days without shaving. I hated that ! The girls at E3000 recommended 3 days. Maybe since I will be driving from Georgia to Texas they wanted to make the most out of my trip.  Oh the deposit. $1000.00 for the the three days. I'll just be glad when this crap is removed from my face.  It makes me sick every time I look in the mirror.

My only advice is that if the chair has straps on the arms and legs, pretend you have to go to the bathroom and crawl out the window.   Don't look back.

I'm told you will look beat up for a week, more or less. (that is - kidding - unless I get ahold of you 1'st!)

I happen to know that Kiera's NOT kidding!  If she shows up at your house, pretend you have to go to the bathroom and then...

Armpits rhonda? Yikes!

What about thinning "eyebrows"?

with the pain killer it was nothing.
As for the eyebrows I'm undecided on a shape and didn't want to do anything permanent.
I'm thinking of having my nipples done next, I can't stand that hairs grow around them.  >:(

Some of the lidocaine injections are painful, especially the upper lip.  :o

As for being beat up, the women at the hotel said I looked less swollen than most, but it still was a shock to my partner. It took about a week for most of the swelling to subside and then there was some fluid buildup I felt in the neck for another few days. I found it very tolerable.
