Hello Girls and Ladies

I have severeal questions, because i finally have taken my first steps to become MtF.

Which way is best?
Orchiectomy -> HRT -> SRS Sigmoid
HRT -> SRS Sigmoid -> HRT

I am writing SRS Sigmoid becuase i have some scars down there.

I am living in Denmark, but not sure that the Danish Transgender Program is good enough.
Is there any alternatives?

I have been looking at some online therapists, but unsure if they can help me.

But here some info about me, i am 34 years old and been sure that my gender is wrong for about 11 years since my military service. Something felt wrong then and now. I have currently women clothes on at home, but not public.

What would you suggest i do now so can be "normal" for the first :)

Best Regards

Sif

Hi, Lady_sif!

Welcome to Susan's.  Please feel free to stop by the Introductions forum to tell the members about yourself.

There is no right or wrong way to transition.  Your transition plan is something you should work out with the help of a good gender therapist.

The most common path leading to surgery is:  HRT, then living full-time in your gender role for at least a year, then SRS.  At each stage, you would consult with a therapist to check on how you are doing, and to get recommendations to proceed to the next step.

But whether or not that is the best plan for you is something that none of us can say.

Here is some information that we like to share with new members:
