Hi all,
First of all I hope your all well and smiling?

I'm mtf 30yo and at the begging for of my transition. I fought this like an illness all my life due to my abusive father but i accept who I am now and am really excited that I might actually look a little more like I feel inside ☺️ 💃🏼. I'm only a few weeks into HRT but I know i'll Have to tell my boss and the rest of my work colleagues who don't know soon so I was wondering if anyone had any advice on the matter? It would be great fully appreciated. I'm a postie in a depot of 60+.

Many thanks.

Honestly I would start off with your hr rep. Your company may already have guide lines in place to help facilitate your transition (on the job/social side) They may have suggestions as to what kind of order to tell people or a way that is acceptable within the confines of already established regulations in the company combined with local applicable laws. At the least it's a start.

Thanks alexis you sound like you know what your talking about. The company has a big hr department so I will give them a call like you suggest and see what they say.

Many thanks.
