Orchi and SRS

I know this is going to sound stupid, But whats the difference between having an Orchi and getting an SRS ? I thought both were the same...

No such thing as a stupid question.

Orchiectomy is the removal of the testicles.

Penectomy is the removal of the penis.

Vaginoplasty is the construction of a neovagina.
