The best way to use cranberry's is to make a chocolate cheesecake and use the can of cranberry's as a door stop.

I was just messing with Laurie when I said that but now I'm totally wondering if a cranberry cheesecake would be good.....

I'm thinking cranberry cheesecake would be awesome. 

Real cranberry sauce also makes a great condiment with the left over turkey and some brie in a grilled sour dough sandwich

Definitely the home made stuff from the ocean spray berries in the bag. Throw a bit of grated orange and orange juice in there and keep it just a smidgeon on the tart side.

Well, I didn't add the pineapple or coconut, just kept to my mother's recipe of a bag of cranberries, orange zest plus the remainder of the sliced orange and one cup of sugar
