Time line of what to expect?

So my (new) name is going to be lexi. Im 35 born male and want to be female but leave my groin area alone. The rest I want t change. I have some other health issues: I suffered a fail and a seizure 2 years ago that reduced my height from 5'8 to 5'2" and lost lots of muscle mass. Seemed very bad at the time as I was into body building but that ultimate is what got me to decide to change. I would rather be a short girl then a short guy. Now I have long legs and shorter torso and all girl clothes I have fit so much better: the cups line up perfectly the straps are always the right size and bottoms are not too short. MY best feature are my legs (shapely but not muscular thin ankles) and feet (narrow girls size 8 with high arches and long elegant toes) and that is also what I find most attractive in women so that I added to the Good side of the Pros vs cons of transitioning.

I have to take testosterone normally so I reduced the dose down to what a normal woman would make. That should make things easier as no spiralactone blocker needed.

I have shapely legs but your typical guy butt. I hope the hormones will fill it out into that heart shape most girl have.

I have B cups now and I'm hioping est. will get them up to a d or C

I want to be soft and not muscular.

I'm hoping it will reduce the body hair growth. Starting the test gave me chest and back hair so Im hoping that will go away f not its definately getting laser removal. I  am wondering can your hair line recede f you are on estrogen? I would hate to lose my think blonde hair.

Does it make you smell lie less of a guy? Yu know how guys just have a smell and girls have little to no smell?

At what month does what start to happen? I have money saved p for boob implants back/face/chest hair removal, and possibly facial surgery but I don'y have many masculine make features.

I can tell you there are a lot more 5'2" ladies than there are 6'4" men.  I'm interested in how you lost 4 inches in height, as there are also more 6' ladies than 6'4" ones. It would be so cool to find clothes that fit.   
Based on the stories I've heard along with my own experience of 15 months on HRT.  First thing that cleared up for me was my mind. 1. Because I finally came out to everyone that matters. 2. I am finally addressing something I've more or less known all my life at age 65.  3. I've become nice. Second I got breast buds around the sixth week. Hair did not disappear but became more sparse, fine and lighter in color. Third my breasts are now C's, Forth. Fat is still distributing throughout the body. I see definite progress in developing a waist and a butt. Unfortunately I can't find size 14 boots without 5" heels. I have to remind that HRT is one aspect. There is still electrolysis. Especially being blonde. Laser only works well on dark hair.  Voice training. Learning mannerisms which may actually be the hardest part.

Your post only mentions physical aspects of transitioning. There are many psychological and emotional aspects as well.

Do you feel compelled to transition? How would your life be if you did not transition?

Since you say you lost over 6 inches in body height, are there other physical issues that would make transitioning difficult?

Estrogen does not cause hair loss on the top of the head. It will lessen the hair on your body below the neck.

We all have odors and some of the odor is driven by sex hormones, but not all of it. If you think that girls have little or no smell, then they are most likely bathing more often and not working up a sweat very often. Sweat and skin bacteria is the single most noticeable cause of body odor.

I suggest that you give HRT a year or two before making any surgical changes. Most of us take longer, but it will make us look much more different and then you can re-evaluate what surgeries to do.

I lost six inches because my spine was crushed and the normal S shape was exaggerated.

I think if I didn't transition I would always feel like I would have regrets. Every time I see an attractive woman I think I wish I looked like her. Everytime I dream its like looking at me but seeing a girl instead of seeing a guy then I wake up and realize that it was just a dream. I want to live the dream. I plan on letting hormones work as much as they can for at least a year before any surgery.

I do have health issues but the doctor I will be seeing soon only works with trans patients so I'm hoping they give me the green light. She is also one of the few doctors in my state that can write the letter recommending SRS, which I don't want to do as no one will see me naked besides my partner.

So I wish I had done this when I was 18 but I wasn't ready...I kept waiting for the feeling to go away and it kind of did but I think it was just more denial. I'm still only 98% sure I want to do this but 2% is alot if I change my mind; would you get in a car if there was a 2% chance you would crash and die?. I kind of feel stuck in the middle.

I'm really afraid of not looking the way I want to. I know I'm attractive now and would hate to mess that up. Even though I have alot going for me that one or two negative things can be enough to stop me. Kind of like trying to find any excuse you can to get out of something really hard.  I know its just looks but that important to me. I feel really bad for people who are not attractive.

I realize that life isn't fair and some people are just screwed from birth. I just don't want to make my life more complicated then it already is as I'm well past legally blind and lost almost everything (business wealth etc etc) when my eyes started to get bad a few years ago. If I could have my sight back or look exactly the way I wanted to I would chose to look the way I wanted to.
