Oh, by the way, it's the corn you missed. But don't worry, it's corn...there'll be another viewing tomorrow!

OK Devlyn Marie, I enlarged the picture and I can see only TWO kernels of corn... you were hiding it!!!

Again, that meal you made sure looked very tasty.

Looking forward to more food posts from you.

Leftovers. And cake.
Why'd you bother with the leftovers?

Made a bunch of hash browns.  Yummy.

Not sure if this will be supper also though.  Maybe I can reheat the leftovers!

I am so torn what to eat. My options: 1) Frozen dinners, cheap and good portion control. 2) Subway, good 2 foot longs for 11 bucks coupon that gives me a meal tomorrow. 3) Real food of some sort, expensive but i'm so bored of fast food and frozen dinners. 4) ???. The responsible thing is to use whats in my freezer, but I don't wannnnnnnnnaaaaaaaaaa.

@ Roll:  Oh yeah, who wants to use whats in the freezer....   you are right, that is the correct thing to do for sure.   My freezer is always so full that I also need to use what is in there before the food in there gets freezer burn.... and this summer I want to defrost the freezer so it needs to be somewhat empty

Plus why spend extra money on fresh food when you have already paid for what is in your freezer.
... so many choices!!!...

So, I have decided, you go ahead and buy the 2 foot long subs and I will be right over to help you eat them!!!
Have a good dinner.

@ Cassi... not only are they handy, but they cook up very nice too, much easier and faster that peeling and cooking raw potatoes.

I always keep several in my pantry.... they taste very good just like you slaved over them doing it the hard way.

I am a firm believer in the dried hashbrowns cartons being consistently better than homemade. It's just really hard to get the right level of starch and moisture doing it by hand. (And frozen are just bad. They never cook right.)

@ Roll:
AGREE completely.  I just had some for breakfast earlier this week, and the portions are a nice size, not too big but enough for another breakfast or two.
Oh, and you are correct, the frozen are not just bad, but they are also terrible!!!
