Has anyone on here gotten a L or XL BA

I'm looking at options for when my body is ready for it to have around 1000cc's I'm wanting to be large chested and my family genetic lines are a great sign it will happen. Just curious if any other girls on here got some wonderful work done and who to go to.

Just be careful because boobs feel good but they suck sometimes. I am happy with my little A cups. It was awkward and painful enough when they grew. My bra size is 34A so I am more than happy with that. Then you may lose some feeling in your Nipples too. Losing any feeling and sensuality there would kill me. So make totally sure and ask the doctor.

Posted examples certainly seem rather extreme, and here I thought I wanted some on the larger end but even the max I would want for my body size are dwarfed by those! May be inadvisable to go overboard, your gona have to live with the damn things after all and unless your tits are part of how you make your living they may not be such fun to deal with in the day-to-day!

Each to their own of course! I too am kind of curious to hear from someone with implants on the large side.

Show is one thing but living with them day to day is another. I am up to a B cup now and they do tend to get in the way from time to time. Sleeping I have to be careful how I lay so everything remains comfortable. Car trips and running I must wear a bra as it hurts if I don't. In the days when I had smaller breast I wasn't bothered by it and there was more freedom. As the saying goes, be careful what you ask for because you might get it.

You say you want this done and you may find someone who can. As I have found out from watching the show "Botched". We as mtf's are anatomically different in the chest from cis-gendered women. We don't have as much stretch as our cis-gendered sisters. So going large is very difficult for us and even on the other side. You end up with rippling, symastia or communication between both pockets, it thins out your tissue and can lead to the implants coming out or the nipple being impaired from lack of blood flow. This is why they suggest for most women to go natural in the size you want cause it can lead to many complications down the road.

I am having a ba during my grs. The doctor suggested about 450 cc, which would push my 42a to a 42c. He advised that any larger would result in stretching be difficult to keep from pointing sideways. In my case, I have an inverted sternum which doc said was a blessing in my case because it will naturally keep my breast pointing forward and provide great cleavage.

Each person is different and should follow the advice of the doctor. Remember that the doctor has done this countless times with people of all sizes and shapes.

Also, make sure you get a doctor who has experience with us T-girls.

Hi 'other Dani', They wont keep you afloat! I watched 'The Man Show' once when they tested that out and they found that natural breasts float and implants sink   So keep that life preserver handy!!!!

I had 555 mentor Silicone implants in July ( I had an A). They still have not dropped but are starting to angle a bit. I always wear a bra except for sleeping. My sister is a small D and I am bigger, as per her husband. At Thanksgiving everyone was talking breasts and the woman went into the living room and talked. My neice is 30 and has 2 children. She said hers point to her stomach and are flat due to breast feeding.

Mentor makes a 800 CC maximum.

If I do not wear a bra the implant wants to drop and places weight in the skin. It is a bit undomfortable. I have a partial under the muscle. Dr. McGinn said it is the largest I can get and not risk having the implant push on the skin and break the breast fold. My nipples are more sensative and are out most of the time now. My areola is 50% bigger now.

I wear a 44A bra but it is too big (I was fitted) and I need to be  42 or 40. That would make it a 42B or 40C (same bra manufacturer) (A different bra manufacturer I could measure bigger). I think I am a 40C. A 40 C is pretty big. Keep in mind If I lose 20 pounds I would be a 38 D and the look would be big.

I thought long and hard and wanted to go bigger. For pratical reasons I am big enough. The only reason I would want to go bigger would be to attract. I guss it is not a good reason. I am pretty happy with my choice.

Woman have thoughts with others that have a BA. go really big and they will talk. Socializaion is important, just saying.

I went with Silicone with the textured skin. Texture provides more gripping for the implant to grip the surrounding tissue. Silicone because if feels awesome above the muscle, very natural. Hybread under the muscle because it would not fit fully under the muscle. It is 1/2 under.

I am currently a small 44C and recently went for a BA Consultation. I have been advised to go for 475-495 Silicon Moderate Plus or High Profile silicon textured implants above the muscle to give a natural look to take me to 44D or 42DD size.

My surgeon is in the UK, but if you wanted to get a good idea of XL size breast augmentation, you should look at Dr Pousti's work, He specialises in both Transgender patients and larger size augmentation.

Bear in mind though that the male chest has difficulty in accepting the larger implant. What you may ned to do is have 4-5 years with a moderate size implant say in the order of 500cc and then when your chest skin has stretched to go for a bigger subsequent implant.

Guys like boobs. That is a fact of life. But The implants you showed would really wear you down the older you get. That would be a lot of weight to carry and then you have to think of Osteoporosis in your older years if you are HRT and then Implants only last so long so it would be an ongoing process.

Look there a few things that guys like and one is a pretty face so invest in FFS if need be. Hair is another so grow it long and get it cut feminine. Follow the latest trend styles and then if your lover finds a certain style a turn on then be open to that. Smooth skin is another so shave everyday. Wherever he likes it smooth even. But usually boobs is not the main priority. yes they are nice but from my experience boobs are more or less a "look at thing" on the internet between guys. And remember those big boobs will eventually get stretchmarks but smaller cups sizes for your height and weight will stay perky more or less and we can't have kids.

Look at it like this. One of the hottest women a few years ago was Milla Jevovich and hers are extremely small and she has "M" shaped hairline even.

Seriously if I catch a breeze or a touch on mine then "Kaboom" the nipples are hard and feels so good. I thought about piercing my nips but I am so scared of losing that kind or sensation. But have a serious talk with your partner and your doctor to figure out all the pros and cons and possibilities.

Another thing to keep in mind.

I had silicone and it was to have been over the muscle (ended up partially under the muscle) 550 cc. The silicone feels awesome and eventually they will fall, for now they are "perky" and point face forward (LOL). I am 55 and in 5  years or so if I were to go up in size it may be part of the "maintenance cycle". My work insurance covers BA so if I want bigger then I may go bigger if approved. If I go bigger I would consult Dr. McGinn and the largest Mentor makes is 800 cc. 800 would be big.

Piercing, you need to wait 6 months after the BA. Reason is the bacteria or an infection would concentrate at the implant site. January would be my 6 month mark. I have a revision for GCS in April. My GCS doctor did my BA and will want to see my BA so I will wait till after my GCS revision is healed then get my nipples pierced. I have my belly button pierced already. Perhaps 2nd holes on my ears in the mean time. My nipples are more sensative and at attention from the BA, not complaining.
