I'm a large endomorphic/mesomorphic hybrid body type guy who is looking to work on making my upper body more masculine and muscular and maybe look a bit less obviously hourglass shaped. My hips are huge and my upper body is pretty scrawny in terms of muscle so I don't expect my body to change too much, but I hope with the right exercise I can at least pass by the hair on a gnat's Heine. Thoughts?
