I'm an endomorph type, meaning any muscle I gain I gain easily and I keep easily even if I fail to work out for months or years and have a general muscular rather than skinny build. The downside to that is any fat I gain I also gain easily and keep easily. I can't say how T will affect a mesomorph or an ectomorph, but T just seems to tell my muscles to add about 10 - 15% mass off the bat. I've avoided working out the arms more than occasionally because I don't want my tees to get too tight there and have to buy a bunch bigger sizes... I already take a fairly broad male size in shirts and tees.
I have a guy V frame due to the large shoulders. I've been a swimmer since my teens so that built up the bones and the muscles there for good, I guess. I would say my ass/pelvis is medium, not tiny and not big, but offset by the wider upper body which is good. My legs get a lot of working out so they're pretty robust. The T has redistributed fat from there onto my stomach which I now have to work off...
I'd say the T changes have been pretty dramatic. It created a feedback loop in exercising where my red cell count increased which meant I could exercise longer and harder. I actually haven't tried to exercise for bodybuilding at all but it has had the effect of making it look like I have been working out for that purpose. My shadow on the ground/wall looks male in terms of basic proportions. Ofc I know the pelvis is bigger than it should be in a male but it's not all that obvious any more. The W/H ratio 'look' took a drop for sure, especially when exercising the serratus/obliques area.
