MY goal is laser hair of my face and chest then let the hormones work for year. After that I want to do my breast and butt. I like the rest of me the way it is but there is a small chance I could get something, I don't know what though, to my face. I don't have an adam's apple for some reason.

Have ever seen the face of the 1980's guy that made that "You spin me like a record" one hit wonder? His face is scary! If I was a little kid and saw him I would cry, I'm serious he doesn't even look human.
I also saw this woman the other day (I think she was trans but couldn't tell) who had so much plastic surgery done to her face
that you couldn't read her: You couldn't tell if she was happy sad angry or board. It was like looking at a moving mannequin or futuristic AI bot. I think I would think she was a robot if I was a child.
I have also noticed that alot of MTF trans people that do porn like Kimber James have almost identical faces. Kimber was so beautiful before she got her lips done and had a bit more body fat. She had that touch of boyish features that just yelled out "I'm a sissy boy!" I used to watch her movies just so I could pretend I was her. Actually if I did surgery I would emulate them. Doing porn to pay the bills would be a fun profession even if was with a guy.
