Well about 4 days ago I took a herb I got at the store. I asked the pharmacist about it and she said it was safe and I read upon it. I broke the capsule in half and took some of it. Within a few days, I noticed my interest in anything sexual was dead. Yes good for my genital dysphoria but problem is it made me feel warm and than cool all over my body. Now the effects have gone away and only lasted a few days.

I was looking for a way to lower my t levels even though they are already pretty low. Ive been abstaining from anything sexual as a way to keep my dysphoria lower. I heard abstaining can raise t levels but than another place I heard since my t-levels are naturally low, they cannot be raised due to abstaining. I would hate to have my t go higher. Im lucky my levels are as low as they are.

I just want to make sure they don't rise. Last thing I want is more t in my system.

There is safe and there is safe. While most herbs may be discussed on the site (see HRT Section), there are some that for a small number of people have very serious side effects. If you are in your 20s, it's likely your T levels are as high as they will ever be and as you age, they should drop. If possible, you should try and receive proper medical care where and complications can be cared for and the medications have been properly tested for side effects. While some herbs do work, it can be risky using them.

Don't discount the placebo effect. It could be very easily playing a part here..
