Looking at my face, things need to be fixed in this order:

nose (septoplasty and rhinoplasty.... badly.... including getting rid of bulbous nose)

brow bone

teeth (they are in every direction, food must be scared to go in my mouth)

The nose has got to go.
10-13 tried mother's finger nail polish, dresses and her heels
23 phase of body building and then suddenly cross dressing and wearing makeup
26 started calling myself Kristy in my voicemail recording
36 saw therapist, went on HRT and partially identified as Kristy
37 moved and started HRT again, dressing a little more feminitely
41 started HRT again, and wife made agreement if I would give up Kristy
45 started HRT again, this time for good, because wife didn't hold up her end of the agreement.  New agreement with 11 year old son and wife is that Kristy be present only at certain times and not around strangers or family, unless they are ready to be a part of Kristy.

Am not familiar with any specific surgeons in KY. I feel you want someone who specializes in FFS if you are looking at brow & forehead procedures. You can research these names as they would possibly be closest to your location in KY.
Dr Mark Zukowski in Chicago, IL.
Dr Keelee MacPhee in Raleigh NC.
Dr Barry Eppley Indianapolis, IN
There is also a voice clinic in Indianapolis as well if you feel that is needed.
After that, you have all of the Docs that are pretty much on either of the coasts.

I am from Illinois & lean toward going to Dr Javier Rossi in Buenos Aires. Contact Amanda at T Change.
There are several threads on this forum you can research. Have read Dr Rossi's wife is a dentist, but have no idea
what work she specializes in nor fee's.

We all have different circumstances, financial positions among many other things that may effect our decisions.
There are plenty of threads here to research various Docs so you can kind of narrow down your search & find someone that meets your goals. Good luck!

I've inquired a bit in the St Louis area. I found one cranial facial surgeon who replied himself to my request. He said he would not be the person for brow bossing as he has not practiced those feminization Technics under other surgeons. He did say septoplasty, rhinoplasty, and malocclusion jaw and chin work he would be confident to do. I was refreshed with his honesty. I also got an office worker reply from the office of a few doctors associated with the University Medical School and major hospital in the cranial facial department. That person's reply was more generic and suggested I could schedule an appointment for consultation. They implied the doctors were capable of doing those procedures. Several are associate professors at the University.

I've read some mixed info on Dr Epply. Suggest your own research there.

Otherwise I'm leaning towards Dr Zukowski

I'm thinking of pounding my head against the wall 25 times a day to flatten out the brow bossing,

My nose is by far my greatest concern,  it's almost what you see when you look at me.
