I guess you can't do that but why not? Does your body reject it? Would rejection drugs work? Too risky?

If it could happen I would do it right away. Also what is the difference in a trans penis or trans clit/vagina and a cis one?

I was all about getting one in a year but so the stories of pain and stretching. How does it get hard; viagra or do you have to support it (could be kind of cool where you could ad a vibrator and textures to the brace)? Or does it not do that and more for looks?
Can a trans vag orgasm fully with estrogen and test blockers?

Also how does the trans vagina stay wet and yeast free? Does the clit come from the top of the penis? Does it feel weird it being in two different places? Do the testis need to be there to orgasm and shoot sperm into the trans vag? I can kind of have sex in a weird way where I don't have to orgasm since when I was a teen and most active I was on drugs that inhibited full orgasm. This was quite the reputation for me in high school VS my peers who could only last 3 minutes and I could go for as long as she was able to. 12 hours was the limit once because she was getting sore.

I just want to be a girl so bad. I can go at most 6 minutes without thinking about it, less when I see pictures of couples or girls in clothes I would like to wear..

This is one of those area where the more you think you know you realize you know nothing about the topic.

I was reading a paper the other night about how they are working on using ones own T Cells to grow a natural vagina and if they can do that it will be your own cells so you will not need rejection drugs

Anti rejection drugs are nasty in that you are subject to every bug that comes your way and they can cause undesirable physical changes so they are best avoided if possible.

As for yeast infections, they are not much of a problem as we develop natural vaginal bacteria. As long as the natural protective bacteria exist, there really isn't an odor or much upkeep other than dilation. If you douche often, that can result in infections as it eliminates the protective bacteria. Self lubrication depends some what on the type of surgery you have but the tissue can convert to vaginal tissue and remain moist. For most of the surgeries, lubrication before sex is desirable.

In discussing sexual response, you need to remember that some women are frigid. Should this happen to you, there are treatments that help this problem including low dose testosterone. A woman's orgasm is not like a male orgasm in that it's more difficult to have and it's a full body experience as opposed to being located in the lower regions. If sex is to be successful, your partner will have to prepare you properly before sex so any partner you select should care as much about your pleasure as theirs.

Frigid is low sex drive? Also there are different types of SRS? What do you mean your partner has to prepare you? I know this is a very personal topic but these things seem really important to me.

The main problem with transplanting sexual organs is the immunological rejection. The second problem is hooking up the nerves and blood vessels to get the thing to work properly.  Surgical techniques have not solved that problem yet.

where do you get your own tcells? You mean like t4 lukeocytes? I don't remember my histology I transferred out of med school many years ago when stock brokers were kind of honest and only required memorizing 2 1000 books to get the license. That was so easy when I was younger.
