I lost it around 7 months on testosterone, and its been a blessong. Yesterday I started bleeding and had to lie to my bossto leave work because I had a full out panic attack. Today, I called off work the entire weekend. My mental health has been really great since starting T, but yesterday was so bad and today is just as bad.

My dose recently went up from .30 to .40 because my T levels had dropped. (I had donated 2 pints of blood 2 weeks prior and felt like it may have had an effect?) I took my first .40 dose on Sunday, then had my period return thursday.

Ive been googling a lot, and I dont read much about guys having their periods come back, especially when not changing t products or lowering doses.

Im just really freaking out, anyone know any explainations for why this might have happened?

If your T levels had dropped that's probably why. Period stuff seems to occur about a week/two weeks after any major hormonal drop in my experience, so just having your dose upped a couple of days ago hasn't given enough time for the effects of the drop to be negated by the new dose.

I've not had any period happen at all since starting T over a year ago, however when my GP mistakenly reduced my dose the faint symptoms started creeping back, but it didn't have enough time to manifest as a period... I was getting the water retention and the slight (but unmistakable) abdominal tension though. Any longer and it probably would have occurred.

Basically if the dose is too low it isn't sufficient to switch female functions off.

Since upping the dose again I haven't had any problems.

I had it come back when I forgot to do my T shot for awhile...soon as it came back, I panicked. I resumed my regular once a week shot with my normal dose and it went away again. It probably has to do with your lower dose, once your back on a higher dose of T (make sure you do your shot), it should go away again.
