http://www.drbecky.com/facesurg.html(List & Links Valid on 10-FEB-2006)As I am sure you know, more for anyone who doesn't and decides to read this thread, FFS is actually a group of procedures that are collectively called "Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS)" From what I have read these procedures include some, or all of the following depending on personal facial structure and X-Rays at the time of your consultation.
Forehead Contouring
Brow ridge contouring
Forehead lift
Brow lift
Scalp advancement
Cheek implant surgery
Cheek bone reduction
Otoplasty (Ears)
Blepharoplasty (Upper and Lower Eyelids)
Rhinoplasty / Septoplasty (Nose)
Chin contouring
Jaw Reduction
Lip Enhancement / Lifting surgery
Reduction of the Zygomatic Arch
Mandibular angle contouring
As such, pinning down anything other than an approximate cost is going to require a consultation as you may require some of the surguries and not others. Additionally, surgeon's take different philosophies regarding FFS from the reading I have done. Some like as natural as possible (meaning fewer procedures) believing that natural is best. Other's take a more anthropological approach and base their measurements on the 'average' female facial measurements (requiring as many procedures as necessary to bring your structure inline with average female facial measurements). FFS seems to be more of an artful science rather than a purely measured and applied science. Each surgeon has their own definition and philosophy regarding beauty, which is after all, the point of FFS.
Hmmm, on second thought, maybe I should do a little more research and edit the wiki on it, after all, that's my job
