Quote from: Jessica on February 22, 2019, 02:50:55 PMThank you Danielle and Sarah for caring how I was feeling. And thank Charlie Nicki for reaching out on WhatsApp.I really appreciate you all for doing so.I'm doing much better now that I'm on stronger antibiotics. My sinus infection I had in December needed two courses of an antibiotic that didn't do as well.I'm able to stand up now. Couldn't even think of doing that yesterday.Hugs and smiles, Jesscc: @Alaskan Danielle @sarah1972 @Charlie Nicki
Quote from: Michelle_P on February 23, 2019, 12:56:46 PMI'm very glad that you had someone there to help you and make sure you were safe.I mentioned this before, but being alone, and having those symptoms of disorientation is a sure flag to call 911. Yeah, it may cost something, but this is a life on the line. Being persistent, toughing it out, rarely convinces bacteria to back off from the big Happy Meal they've found.

Quote from: Jessica on March 02, 2019, 10:19:20 AMHi friends 🙋♀️ Some of you may know that my relationship with my close running gal pal hit a large bump in the road last October. She was my best friend and a misunderstanding drove a wedge between us. I have struggled with depression since then, not knowing if we could patch things up and be friends again. We have had no contact with each other and it burned every time I thought of her, thinking that it was over. This morning I woke elated from a dream....... we had bumped into each other while shopping in this dream. She was with her young daughter and I was compelled to ask her for a hug. I was overjoyed that she reciprocated and we tearfully embraced. Now of course this is just a dream and dreams are typically disjointed from reality. I was wearing a tool belt and looking at discounted Valentines candy, while she was obviously pregnant and her daughter appeared to have just gotten out of a pool. Dreams!I had to break the ice that was growing thicker by the moment and reached out to her this morning with a text. I told her of my dream and how I missed her friendship dearly........She replied back instantly that she missed me also. She wants to start training again for the upcoming Bay to Breakers race with me. I am so very happy!
