I'm American and none of these are common where I live in Virginia. I don't mind standing out a little. I know a guy around my age named Carl with a C though. I think he was born in Germany.

If you are looking for an odd name, here's an idea. My ex's name was Jack, but had it changed to Jacque because it was stranger and sounded cooler.
Seth is becoming a more popular name than it used to be.

By unwanted attention I meant having people always come up to you asking about your name, or asking why your called that or a million other annoying questions which can be nice at 1st then get aggravating  😀

Ashley, as in Ashley (Ash)  j. Williams from evil dead. I know, VERY uncommon. Nothing screams bad a$$ like a chainsaw hand.
