GD triggering on unrelated issues?

So this morning i went out to my car to find out some tw*ts had destroyed both my wing mirrors and had tried to do the same to my wifes car but failed - persumerbly in a drunken state last night and this caused me to get very stressed and anxious, this goes ontop of within a week our back fence blowing down and haven't had good enough weather yet to fix and my phone deciding to wipe all my contacts.

This triggered my gd, it was like one thing after the next and was just too much, found myself removing some more hair and re-doing fingernails. Ive now gone back into fallout 4 and made a char that looks like me and codsworth even says "joanne"!

Do you ever find that GD can trigger on things not even remotely related to gender? It feels a bit silly right now
