I'll just reiterate what has already been said.
Get on HRT.
Start losing weight. One pound a week is sustainable and leads to more permanent weight loss. It seems slow, but after a year of that you're down 52 pounds. That's a lot.
Estrogen and your anti-androgen will help redistribute your fat and drop your muscle mass. That takes time, though. Think more like two to three years for everything to settle into place.
If you have a dark beard, start getting laser beard removal. This will do wonders for your face. So will the estrogen. And even if you have a relatively light beard, laser may help cut down on the darker hairs in your beard so that electrolysis takes less time (and money).
Body hair should largely go away with HRT. Give it time. And remember, most women have hair. That's why hair removal products and services are such a big business.
Start growing out your hair. Your goal is to have enough so that, when you transition socially, a stylist can cut your hair into a feminine style that complements your face.
Your height probably isn't an issue on its own. I am 5'10" and it hasn't been an issue for me. Your mileage may vary. And remember, there are plenty of tall cis girls out there. You're not going to be alone.
Most of all, you need to remember that all of those beautiful girls out there are doing a lot of work to be beautiful. Don't measure yourself against an unreasonable standard. I say that not because you are trans, but because you are a woman, and that's what society teaches all women to do. Every woman, cis and trans, sees every little "imperfection" in their body and wants to change it. You don't have to be a model photoshopped within an inch of her life in order to be pretty. You just have to be you. And when you transition, that's who you'll be.
