So, this is pretty embarrassing, but I need some confrontation here.
I am currently nearly 5 months on T. I had some bad time in the beginning, but now most of bad side effects are gone - probably just needed to adjust to a new thing happening. The only bad thing I can say is i still have some water retention on my eyelids, which is pretty annoying, and some pain in the eye nerves but i don't really know if it is T-related.

BUT.
I started having this crazy itchiness DOWN THERE a few weeks ago and it is driving me insane.
1)I have no pain or burning sensation when i go to the toilet, so i don't think it can be a urinary trait infection.
2) And YES, i do wash and clean myself, so i don't even think it can be due to scarce igiene.
3) neither i have white material loss, or stuff like that, so i don't think it can be a candida/infection
4) i don't have sex with a penetration so i exclude a STD

But still, it happens, so... any of you got this? How did you relate? I feel like i am pretty... uhm... dry, i think. It is a bad sensation when i walk, in example. Like everything's dry down there. Can it be the cause of my itchiness? I am quite desperate. I tried every soap available... help :(

Soap dries out your skin so stop soaking it in soap. Some lube or lotion that is safe for down there would be the best I would think. Your old underwear could also just be rubbing wrong on your new growth and causing irritation.

You don't need to use soap down there at all. Quite a number of cis women complain of having problems down there they later  realised were caused by products marketed to clean that area. It's a scam. That area is designed to be completely self cleaning. Only water is needed.

And STIs can be transmitted not just through penetration. Even if a tiny amount of semen accidentally touches that area you can catch something. Even through oral or pre cum
They/them pronouns preferred.

What's your diet like?

If I recall, a diet high in sugars while undergoing a hormonal drop-off in E can lead to the flora in there feeding on the sugar - the more sugary your diet is the more it exists in your secretions and the more bacteria and fungi will like it since they will also feed on it. It's also a sign of pre-diabetes. There's a direct link between high blood sugar and infections down there in people who are diabetic or have high blood sugar.

Remember that T is causing the pH in there to change. It's no longer going to be as acidic which tends to keep infections at bay in females. So you may be more at risk for a while from different sorts of opportunistic infections. You'll already have noticed how the discharge reduces a lot, plus it tends to be clear rather than opaque. that's a result of the pH change and the shutting down of the female functions in there, as well as a change in the regular bacterial environment.

Around the time I began T - perhaps just before it, I am not 100% sure - was the only time I experienced anything remotely like what you are describing in my whole life, a brief time of a couple of weeks while adjusting to the new hormone. I was also drinking full sugar sodas quite a bit. When I stopped those, and went back to low carbs, it recovered on its own.

Also as Elis said, don't get soap on those inner membranes. Water only. Soap will irritate massively if it gets/stays in there.

Thank You all, I am replying all at once.

- about stds, I explained myself in hurry, I know how it can happen, I just don't have any sex with any other than my women fiancée whom is free of them. Moreover we don't have that opportunity since some time now

- I got it for soap, will use fresh water only

- no raffinated sugars for me, I eat very well with a low of natural proteins, low carbs, essential fatty acids. The only sugar I get is from fruits (and I don't abuse from them)

aside from the soap thing, dryness (which is pretty normal on T) can contribute to itchiness, especially if things are rubbing against your underwear.  some people use a water-based personal lubricant to keep things from getting too uncomfortable.
