hello! this might be a bit of a weird topic. i'm a very very small guy. i'm 5'7, and last time i checked i weighed 7 stone, so i'm very underweight. i recently lost a lot of weight all of a sudden, and i'm trying to gain it back, and so far it's working ok, but i'd love some more tips, and as a vegan weight gain is a little harder for me than it is for an omnivore. i've been eating a lot of fruit, bread and cashew nuts, as well as a lot of carby snacks (such as crisps and fries). any other ideas?
