Nicer rounder bottom but apparently because of my eating was way too much over the last two weeks!  Yikes!  The built-in pillow I sit on became a bit bigger bubble.  We will see if the bubble deflates as I now try to lose these new pounds.  I know what happened:  Eating candy, ice cream, and fat snacks - I ate too much.  Bad girl.

Chrissy
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Alas Chrissy I too gained  6 lbs in 3 months and need to shed them again and then a lot more. It's hard when you love food. (and  goodies) I'm blaming Michelle's cooking &  home made cookies and my lil' Sis Jessica bring me double stuffed OREOS. Yep, it's all their fault.

Hugs,

I'm pretty happy with it, as I think it's about as good as DMV photography gets! (you aren't allowed to smile, and I was actually really, really happy at this point!)

At some point, I'll be brave enough to change my avatar to a recent picture of me.

My wife for the first time ever referred to me as "she" and "Sarah" in an email...

Saw Black Panther with my mom today (it was AWESOME!), then we had dinner. She told me that since she doesn't wear them anymore, I can raid her earrings!

So kewl of your mom.

My niece wants us to go shopping for earrings, sunglasses and heels.  Don't think I'll be trying on heels in public as I'm still presenting as "him".  And as far sunglasses, while I'm sure that I would look absolutely fabulous in any style, I do wear prescription glasses so others would be a waste of money.

However, I'm happy about spending time with her.  She's really supportive of my trans'ing :)

I've been all over the place lately emotionally, but really haven't felt the need to dress female for a while (yay, HRT doing its job) even though it has a grounding effect. So I realized I really needed to. Well, today I decided that I was going to try something different. I put on fake boobs, super light makeup (literally just foundation, no extra beard cover or anything, worked amazingly well post even just the one laser), donned my hair, and just wore regular guy clothes. I figured that if I looked feminine wearing them at only 2 months on HRT, that would be a pretty solid indicator of future potential. Well, I was quite happy with the result. (Though the lack of realism for my rice in hose boobs is bothering me a bit, heh.) Definitely would look better with a female cut t-shirt (male cut just sort of hangs off "boobs" and looks awkward), but overall it worked.

Also, I've made random steps to stop hiding. I keep forgetting I'm basically out to everyone at this point, and no longer have any need to keep stuff on my computer in secret directories or hiding makeup in the back of drawers. (Not that anyone ever went through either my computer or my drawers, but the paranoia was there!) So now all my girl photos are just sitting in a folder on my desktop and my makeup and wigs are sitting out for all to see.

I've been having a really good weekend  :D

yesterday I went for a jog and I made a great meal and then I went out for a drink with some friends (one of which is back in town, she moved a month and a half ago and I've missed her!) and then I went and hung out at another friend's house and had a great time chatting and playing with her dogs, I got so many snuggles and kisses! Then today I got up early and went to a hardcore punk show that started at 9am! It was a really fun time and then I went and refilled my hormones and had brunch with my best friend and she gave me a makeup bag with donuts on it! She told her mom about me because I'm going to be at her wedding in June and her mom was cool with it, I've known her since I was 15 and she said she always thought I was asexual lol. Brunch was amazing, I had a coconut mocha latte and some crepes, yummmm! Then I went for a jog and I went to a giftshop to buy coffee and had a cute little moment with a girl and then I came home.

I had to go out and get a passport picture taken today - and for the first time just was able to connect with other women without feeling I was an outsider intruding during the day.  Just small chit chat, but it still feels pretty awesome.  :)

Oh, finally got brave enough to update my avatar.  I definitely want my hair to start growing faster, but when I looked at the new passport picture vs. the old one, it is striking how different I look these days.  I'll always be more masculine looking than I like, but I'm really liking how Tori is starting to look.  :)

I'll agree with Kendra Tori, you look great  and happy.
And it is so nice to be out dressed as we feel and feeling great as ourselves. The smiles we wear and the twinkle in our eyes  tell it all. They say "I am happy with who I am and I don't care who sees it! I am ME!!" Finally we are able to show ourselves and just be.
