My doctor needs guidance

So, my doctor decided to help me begin my transition except that he's just a general practitioner with just one case under his belt. There are no experts on the island. He is willing to help if he can get guidance from a knowledgeable doctor. Where am I to get one?

He can read the guidelines for hormone replacement treatment. If you google it, you will find PDF files detailing everything, if not just PM me and I'll send you the ones I have. You should read it too so you can help him.
