Hi ladies!

Nevada's Medicaid program just covered GRS. I need help navigating all the red tape.

I have one letter from my Gynocologist (who administered my HRT for over a year), and I am waiting for letters from two of my therapists (one is PhD. level).

I was told I need to get a referral letter or prior auth (I'm not sure) from my primary care provider. Unfortunately, I don't have a PCP so I asked my Endo if they could do it. They have never done anything like this before and are quite confused on how to proceed.

How do I go about getting them the information they need to get this rolling? I need to start having consultations as soon as possible.

Thanks for your help!

I'd email or call your therapist(s) - as a quick question you probably don't need to wait for your next visit.
My therapist maintains a local reference list of professional contacts, and many apparently do this.
