Basically I'm curious about the ladies on here that were rough and tumble manly men pre transition.
Once you started to transition, did you emulate womens movements? When I let Sasha out, I practice walking and moving with more graceful movements. I try to move more like what I think a woman would away from a mirror as it's pretty scary watching myself at this point lol. I assume hrt will soften everything and it will get better or is more about observation and practice?
Ladies did you go through this phase of watching women and mimicking them?

I'm probably not the best to answer this since I feel like the opposite is very hard for me to portay. But I think it's all in the mind first, then body movements. For instance, walking with feet pointing forward, with smaller steps. It helps to emphasis hip movements. You can even look down when you're practicing your walk and your hips and bum should slighlty twist (but not in an  uncomfortable, awkward or obvious way).

General mannerism are being more graceful like picking things up ever so gently. Lol I'm very clumsy so it actually helps me a lot when I slow down and the real grace comes through somehow.

Take your time and have fun! Crossing your legs is fine but also slightly pushing them together and bending them a bit to the side I find is very feminine too. Hope these are helpful!

I used to walk like a herd of elephants, I work the is a green line tapped on the floor I try to walk it softly slowly toes forward. I guzzle less drinks, and I am not a male chauvinistic pig any more. I always when drinking anything would have my fingers wrapped around the cup and my pinky finger up I don't know why I have always been like that. I can not cross my legs I don't know why. I tilt my head and bite my bottom lip now and twirl my hair if I find a guy attractive. I have played this is to heavy for me to lift. Where before I would pick it my self to show off to the girls
