Mx Pippa

Hi, you're with 72-year-old pre-op transgender Philippa (Pippa) I was born back in June 1946 and live on the south coast of UK in Wimborne Minster, Dorset. I consider myself to be very fit and active for my age, and still work in the entertainment business, as an escort and model, also as a club and mobile disc jockey, I also taught belly dance until a few years ago.

I have been with NHS (National Health Service), The Laurels, Transgender Clinic in Exeter, now for just over two years, after starting my pre-op transgender journey after having my breast implant surgery done by a truly wonderful surgeon, Mr Michael Graham at The Winterbourne Hospital, in Dorchester back in July 2011. It was certainly then after my breast implant operation, that my female true real-self emerged, and I started to live full time as the woman I am today, in a lifestyle I thoroughly love and enjoy. Since my time with The Laurels, I have been on prescribed hormone treatment of Estadot and Pro-strap injections by my regular Dr. every three months, now after two years my body changes are becoming more prominent, my facial skin is much softer and feminine, hips starting to fatten giving them a wider appearance and breast starting to take on a much fattier natural look than the bare implants. They even bounce now when I run or jump, which for me is so magic and exciting in itself.

Prior to my first visit to The Laurels back in 2015, I felt adamant that sex reassignment surgery was not an option, I even had a fun mantra I would chant to my friends: " I love my cock, I love my tits, I love my naughty ->-bleeped-<- bits", but soon after just being in the environment of the clinic and looking deep into my inner self, my thoughts have changed, One thing for sure is that I personally have never felt at any time that I was in the wrong body, I have always been in my body, and I still am, yes it has under gone a few modifications, with a major one to come, but it's still my body.  I was quite well endowed and always felt good about having a penis, although I never felt good and found being a dominant partner hard work. I loved having girlfriends and being married, but although I also loved sex with them it never felt quite right. I will always find women very attractive and find it so much easier now to make new girl/woman friends. I am also now engaged to a wonderful guy who is so very supportive, last year I got my Gender Registration Certificate with a new Birth Certificate bearing my birth sex as "girl", so I am now free to marry as a woman.

Having put two years of deep thought, delving deep into my mind every second I could, checking and checking, again and again any doubts that crept into my thoughts, I know beyond a doubt that SRS needs to be the next step.  I tend to look back now on my life as a male, as if they were like my female transvestite days, that the woman was there all along, but through my strong male conditioning dormant. I have gained insight into things during my life that never seemed to make sense. I feel sure that even back in my infant days that little girl was trying to get out, but through   that strong male conditioning I chose to ignore her pleas.

I have also found that my three-monthly testosterone blocking Pro-strap injection have had a very positive impact, and together with my oestrogen patches, my male sex drive has gone, making way for a new sex drive that is so much better, so much more exciting and feminine. I am now just so excited and just want to get on with my SRS.  My only regret being that I did not listen to my inner self much more earlier in my life.

I am now on the list with another of Britain's top surgeons, Mr Phil Thomas in Brighton UK, for my Sex Reassignment Surgery, by penile inversion. I had my first consultation with him and his team at the end of January 2018.  On meeting Mr Thomas and hearing so many positive things about his meticulous work, and attention to achieving a good cosmetic and all-round result, I have confidence that he and anyone on this team will do their best to achieve the best result, and with time, and once the healing is over I shall have a vulva to be proud of.

This is such an exciting time for me, and I would love to thank this wonderful forum for providing me with exciting inspiration.

Thank you so much Michele, kind words and encouragement go such a long way and are very much appreciated, even after the need for that encouragement has pasted and you know for certain that things are right.
The hard thing to deal with now is the waiting it looks like around five months now, so that letter defining the actual date should drop through my letter box in about three months' time.
