Washington Blade"While we're on politics, Santa, a serious request: please encourage gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender leaders to actually sit down and talk about where our movement is headed. Should we continue to be one movement? How can all the different factions support each other without having the sort of meltdown we did over ENDA this fall? If we want to get full equality, that can't happen again. "
