Yes, I already looked 10 years younger than my peers when I was a male. So after 6 plus yrars on HRT and 2 plus years after SRS, I look even younger.

However, I work hard on it. I run 5k races in 30 minuted, I have cute young toyboys as company. I am fit and healthy. I have had FFS and use botox and weekly facials  I AM NOW 70 years old. Yes, for me its my fountain of youth. And yes that avitar is me.

I just read your article and am amazed at your youthfulness. We are truly experiencing the fountain of youth in our lives.

Im sorry but 51?! I think your profile pic looks more mid 20s xx

Wow! Thanks. I never saw myself that young. I've always thought I looked mid 30s at my youngest. I can't wait till I lose some weight and get fitter so I can feel better overall.

For me it did remove some wrinkles.  However, at the same time I quit smoking, quit drinking, cleaned up my diet, last weight, restarted exercising, and started taking some care of my skin.  So probably all of those things have worked synergistically to change my appearance.

I've been meaning to mention how much I like your new profile pic Deborah (:

As for looking younger, I'm 36-and my 1st week picture looks like a guy in his late 20s, my 7 week picture looks like a early 20s guy with nice skin and softer, feminine facial features. I'll try and see if I can post it. A month off and my facial features already look more rugged. Back on end of this week, thank goodness.

Here's how things were working for me. Also, I used to be extremely muscular and about 175-180ish. Starting I was 165ish after dieting and no lifting for months. 7 weeks i was 148 and soft. Still had shoulders and some back muscle but it would've been gone in two months no doubt I felt results were even more noticeable once I'd stopped. My skin became so soft, and my veins slowly faded away. I would arguably say my whole body looked younger.

https://imgur.com/a/rwkeM I posted an upper body shot as well, this is from this weekend. Three weeks after and my male lines are showing more.

I'm pretty sure it's not good to be on/off hormones so aprubtly. Gradually getting off of them is healthier

Yes it can be, in my case I'd stopped for a day and then resumed in dimished dose for three days following, but then I'm not sure what happened to my meds (long story short).
