Shoe Sizes for those of us Transitioning from Male to Female

I feel very fortunate to be a size 10 womens

I have wide feet with a very high arch. So even finding mens shoes can be a challenge.
Most often I get a mens 10 and a womens 11 or 12. I have never found heels that fit and have never been able to even get cowboy boots on. Mostly I like flats and sandals anyhow.

Though it does seem to depend on the brand, sometimes it is more like UK 5.
