I don't think you're gonna see a difference there. The hip sockets and the sacrum are more or less at the same height, so pelvic tilt, if it happens, is more likely to sculpt your lower back slightly differently rather than changing height. You're at an age where you might possibly see some hip widening but probably your bones are done growing.
Not speaking from HRT experience, but do know a fair bit about anatomy from yoga & massage therapy work.
180cm here and for my money the thing is to be yourself and walk tall!
