*SNORT*. The usual uniform for a 64 year old here, which I studiously avoid, is sneakers, capris or jeans, tee and cardigan or sweatshirt.  It's quite warm, and will be 78-80 this afternoon.  I'm entirely appropriate as far as I am concerned.  Def better looking than the L.O.L. Brigade!

Yes, I'm a fan of breaking free of the mold.  There's nothing wrong with presenting a polished look.

I definitely don't dress my age.  Then again I don't look my age or act my age so why should I.  On Tuesday, it was all black all day.  I wore all black to work and then all black to go out to the club in Hollywood.  The dress code for the club is all black.  So here's what I looked like on Tuesday.  I think you will be able to figure out which is which....

I think I found my surgeon.  Dr. Stiller was super nice and very easy to talk to.  I just got the feeling that he was going to go above and beyond to ensure that I got the best results possible.  His portfolio was pretty impressive to back up that feeling I had.  I have had a difficult time finding that quality in a surgeon since my hair restoration with Dr. Gabel.  So I should get the approval letter in 2 weeks and I can get on his schedule.  I'm looking at possibly October, if all goes to plan.  Then next spring, swimsuit shopping! 

Okay, first, I LOVE your hair! Wish mine would curl like that.

Second, I'm excited you like Dr. Stiller. He is close to us and across the border from where our daughter lives. So we are interested in hearing ALL about him.

Well, thank you.  I take no credit for the curls.  Those started in after I began hormones. 35 years of having straight hair and then it just randomly started to do "this" a couple years ago...  go figure.   

There are a few threads on Dr. Stiller under the "Gender Reassignment" section.  I have my initial thoughts posted there as well.  All in all, my impression is that he is very nice and extremely talented.  I haven't heard of anyone that was less than pleased with his work.  I met one of his former patients, and I thought she was cis.  I had to give her a double take when she told me.

Nice picture!  Just made me wonder if and when I'll be going swimming again.  If things work out with the new car, Mount Charleston and that lake which eludes me are just a few clicks away.  With my "pregnant" looking tummy, it will be a one piece suit too
