Just wondering what is your secret formula for maintaining your body shape, especially tummy. As I am getting old, it becomes more difficult to keep my tummy slim. Anyways, I am going to wear bikini in the beach once the monsoon ends in 1 or 2 weeks.

Yesterday I ate rice for the first time in a week. I am on a diet, as exercise alone is not enough to lose my belly fat.

Yes. Beauty is for health, and health is for beauty. People comment that I look younger compared with my agemates.

You don't have any belly fat girl. It's funny because I'm 54 but when presenting as a man people say I look like I'm in my 40s, but the few people that have seen me as a woman say I look like I'm in my early to mid 30s, and I have even heard late 20s a couple of times hehe.

I sometimes wear red tights in autumn and winter here, but it is risky as they can make me look like a clown. But it is funny, anyway.

Well, the weather is probably like Autumn in some countries. But it´s summer here now and weather forecast for next week shows 20 to 25 degree of celcius, which is very warm here.

It is similar here, ranging from 23 to 26 degree of Celcius right now. We are preparing for the first typhoon that will directly hit my hometown (Jeju island) in 6 years.



Here, we are well prepared for storms, but I am precautious.
