Little rips on the nipples?

How common are little rips on the nipples? I'm not sure if it is because I practice martial arts, and we do a lot of jumping, but my nipples seem to develop little tiny rips. My sports bra are pretty tight and I'm not big; I think I'm a small B cup.

You are in early stages of breasts development, so you should avoid any tight or underwire bra's. I think you probably better with tube top or camisole to hold them in place.

Could be just your Montgomery glands developing differently??

It could be from the material and your nipples rubbing in contact with the material. You could try nipple protectors like pasties.

Thanks girls i thought tight was better for sports. One of the bras has tougher material it is a rebok. The adidas and danskin now feel much softer. Maybe reboks are just rough? Some guy at the guym said my face is looking fat mom mentioned. It but i did not believe it

I am already cutting weight though he also suggested it. i was 196 last month but i am 191 since 2 days ago. Im thinking on buying another rebok bra but wonder on the material.  I do need another though.  Funny thing is he is kinda fat
