Oh yeah, if you ever get "frustrated and questioning" you can use that look as well, it is very effective.

I have used those very same words with some of my clients around tax time.

Thank you for following my little thread... this is where I share just about everything... well, almost everything... about myself and my life endeavors.

Well, I really wish that "frustrating and questioning" days have long since passed.... but as you know, life often continues to deal us unforeseen and sometimes unpleasant situations.
   
I make a point of not dwelling on the negative and try to find ways that I can formulate positive solutions so I can get back to my happy place....  so far, so good.   I am an optimistic person, so I usually get myself out of negativity quite quickly.

I am always busy so one of my favorite personal sayings is... "busy people are happy people"   
... I find this so very true... just look around at people that have too much idle and unproductive time on their hands... they can be quite miserable without working on personal goals while in their idleness...   just sayin.....

Danielle, I noticed your new avatar in another thread.  Now that's a fun photo!  Much better than the scowl in the previous one. (save that for necessary occasions)  Was that on one of your vacations?  I didn't know if the water there got warm enough to frolic in.  Where I am we typically get only a few days of warm water, Ha!

There was no frolicking in the ice cold water...
that picture was taken a couple weeks ago when I was down in Southeast Alaska, (or the Alaska Panhandle,) just north of Juneau in the Haines, Alaska area visiting a good friend for a couple of days. 
Definitely too cold for swimming or even wading but I did get my feet wet as we walked along the water's edge.  The air temperature that sunny day was fairly warm, a balmy 69 degrees F.

Oh, the previous picture of me frowning and with a scowl on my face ... it was a fun picture... really, I was not mad, it was just a fun picture... at least fun for me.

As always, many thanks for your nice words... a smart girl always gladly accepts (and believes) any compliments that she can get!!!!

My hair color is usually a "dirty" or "dishwasher" blonde unless I have the salon open a bottle to brighten it up....  plus as you may have heard, us girls will change our hair color on a whim, so it is always a surprise when people see me... makes life more interesting for sure.

Usually in the mid summer the ocean temp in southeast Alaska is mid 40's ... when I was there it was 46.5 degrees F and later in August it may get up toward 50 degrees or so before going back down as autumn approaches.  ... certainly not "ice" cold but too darn cold for me to swim in or to frolic in...

Dear readers and followers:   August 22, 2018  Wednesday 1:45PM my time

Not a whole lot new to report, just working hard and paying my bills like the rest of us.
I have had a lot of high priced clients lately so things are going well in my business even though many of my regular quarterly clients have been doing other things this summer instead of coming into my office.   So that means basically less work for more money... how good of a deal is that, anyway???

Here is is, just a week to go until the end of August... wow, where did the summer months go, it went way too fast and now I can feel the fall weather in the air... last night got down to 42 deg F and today it is now 54 deg and supposedly going up to 56 this afternoon.   Frankly I enjoy the cooler weather, much better that what I read about elsewhere this summer.

I have been regularly seeing my dental hygienist Suitor #4.... meals at each other's home, gym workouts, walks around town and some hikes....    edit: changed #5 to #4

Suitor #3 is still being friendly when I see him and he is talking about another dinner date or perhaps a day hike and a picnic before the weather turns... he did mention more Frisbee Golf, that was really enjoyable if you recall my posting and pics about it..     

Suitor #5 is still as sweet as ever, we went to breakfast last week on her day off, and no, we didn't eat at the next door coffee shop where she works.

Nothing hot and steamy quite yet, only because I am trying to control the speed of all of this,  but I will keep you posted.

Well.... back to work for now.
