What made me happy certainly wasn't the $500 to replace my a.c. compressor on my truck but the fact that I go to the place I always go he knows my name calls me she and her or by my name no matter who he's talking to about my car [emoji2]

@Arianna Valentine    ....  YES, I agree with you and am happy that you get gendered correctly... very affirming and confidence building.... 
...and of course the $500 A.C. Compressor this time of year is a must do repair and any repair shop knows that and some may take advantage of that, particuarly with a woman customer or a clueless male customer.....

The business man at the shop is a smart cookie... treats his customers with respect and courtesy... 
Even if his shop charged a little more than somewhere else, it is the personal customer service that is most appreciated and keeps his customers making a decision to return.

Thanks for posting...   and stay cool, we have a hot summer on the way...  I can't handle the high heat and high humidity... than is why I like where I am living.

Got me a better-fitting sports bra with no wiring. Girrrl, it's like a snug hug for my chest. I was so happy running today. Usually it's, "bounce, ow, bounce, ouch." But, this time, I was like, "this is really nice and secure." ^_^

I was eating breakfast this morning and got some hair in my mouth, yuck! Then I realized it was mine, and the other end was still attached! Until I started this journey my hair was never more than an inch long, every day sets a new length record!

After MUCH ADO, and being denied, having my claim mishandled, faxing documents repeatedly, etc., I just got a call from my nurse case manager at my insurance company and she said that she had just gotten notification that they are paying my facial electrolysis bills.  And, since I have already met my max-out-of-pocket for the year (yes, I am high maintenance) I will be getting the rest of my electro this year at no cost from me.  Looks like I will be spending as much time in the chair as possible until Dec 31st!!  w00t!

I feel great today because I woke up from my GRS surgery.  I had both Grs and breast implants. The happy pills work great and I have re-awokened everyday since Tuesday. Yay me!

Had an email from DVSA ( for the ones not in UK Driver and vehicle standards agency) to say they were looking at changing my name on system (for vehicle inspections, MOT) and when I logged on the system this morning it said Davina Martina , that's another dead name down and I get to see it(new name) every time I do a test!!!!!!

Congrats on your surgeries! Having both done at once is quite the undertaking! The pills help but just knowing that you have reached that very important place on your journey will also get you through the pain! All the best with your recovery!

That's really great. I forgot about that as one of the things I will have to do for my licence. As you do MOTs do we get a discount? Would be good to see your name as the tester..

Wow so much I just needed to do it all at once.
It's an 18 to 30 month wait for a transition doc here in Calgary and it's a bummer. Well a new doctor has opened shop and I got in the day after I phoned for an appointment.  I now have a full blown wonderfully cheery doctor that is already getting it set up for my two opinions to get on the health care wait list( 4 yrs wait currently).
She is redoing my E and has already gotten in contact with my therapist
Started laser this week and love it. Got four life long moles removed from my face.
Went and had a new bra fitting and I'm down a band size to 38 and DDD cup. I just love it 😍
Bought a LBD and new skorts.

My doctor warned me of that possibility if my prolactin got too high.  She's been monitoring it, and it was back down to a good level on my last checkup.

I was able to convince a friend to overcome his self image issues and go swim with me and have fun. Says he wants to do it again.

Trans wise, im glad that I pass 100% at the pool and that my tape job held. oh and that duct tape comes in clear now at walmart.

Today was my first pride parade! Went to concert last night, went to parade and festival today, and was dancing and waving flags with the best of them! Trans & Pan flag capes on and blowing in the wind too. I feel like an entirely different person.
