ACLU and Lambda continue push to change state Birth Certificate laws

So, Idaho won and that is incredible(which already has been posted). The lawsuit flew under the radar, which I think is best. Ohio's lawsuit has already gotten a lot of negative attention, which worries me. Do you think this will impact the ruling in Ohio and the remaining states? Surely there are more people impacted by this than just me.
