Hello, my name isAnthony and  I'm FTM, almost 2 years on T. I still have a feminine body and I REALLY <not allowed> HATE IT. I've stopped eating as much to reduce my colorie intake to try and get my curves away... I also want to have a more masc body ( Obviously ) I want strong
Upper body and also want muscle on my stomach. ABS NOT FLABS. But I get REALLY dysphoric when excersising or basically anything even though I bind. I pull my shirt to make it baggy, pull my pants / shorts up past my hips, purposely try to make my voice deeper, etc. I don't run though because I've had lots of people from LGBTQ+ accounts on instagram say "Don't bind and excersise!" Well I'm not going to go out running without a binder sorry, Idc if it <not allowed> my chest up in the long run. I just need someone to help me out I want to be able to take my shirt off when I get Top Surgery...  Also what excerises reduce the chest if there are any? And cheek fat? And neck? And butt?      ??? :-\ :(.  Thanks

Diet and exercise are the primary ways to lose fat and gain muscle. Eat low fat and high protein. Take your testosterone as your doctor prescribed.

Most importantly, work out in the gym with heavy weights. You should be able to bench press you own weight. Squats and dead lifts to work the legs and glutes. Overhead presses to increase the shoulders and arm curls for the biceps. Push ups for the triceps. Situps and crunches for the abdomenals. Do at least 10 repetitions and 3 sets of each exercise. Do not forget stretching and aerobic exercise such as running or low impact aerobic such as bicycle or swimming. Work until you sweat and then keep on working for another half hour or so.

After that has been done for a few years you can try liposuction or cool sculpting to make additional spot reductions on subcutaneous fat deposits. Get a consult for a tummy tuck if you have loose skin around the abdomen and else where.

I lost my curves for the most part a slightly different way.

I became middle-aged and got middle-age spread, including the male pot belly.

But seriously, what Dani said is probably your best bet.  Exercise, and those curves should develop into muscle.  Again, realize that it will take time and effort for that to to happen.  Be patient and keep at it!

Good luck bro!

If you want less body fat then you get that from your diet.  If you want muscle and strength then you get that in the gym.  With a powerlifting program and the lifts described above you can greatly increase your strength very quickly.  You can improve and be stronger every single workout for months before progress slows.  It just takes time, dedication, consistency, and good programming.  You will easily double your strength in less than a year and can continue improving at a slower rate for years after that.

I've been building muscle for years without being on T . I can tell you that Reducing calories makes your body eat your muscle if you reduce your intake to much.
Don't do very much cardio, like 30 minutes a day as a warm up.
Then hit the weights, three sets of 10-15 reps. If you can do more reps then 15 , you need to increase your weight.
Workout to muscle fatigue, rest 90 seconds , then do the next set. This will help you to build muscle and speed up the fat redistribution.
I hope this helps. This my arm without T.

I can second that you don't need T.  After two years on HRT my T was effectively zero, maybe much lower than yours.  During that two years I did no strength training other than some push-ups for a couple of months.  Then last year I started powerlifting after getting motivated by some women powerlifters on YouTube.  Today I easily back-squatted (below parallel) 280 lbs and yesterday I not so easily deadlifted 385 lbs.  All of that came with no T at all.  In fact, I'm much stronger now, with proper training, than I was when my T was really high.

Pleeeeease do not reduce how much you eat in order to fix your body. That does nothing. Actually, it can make your curves worse, and you lose muscle that you want in order to appear more "masculine" body-wise. But the biggest problem with it is that it is unhealthy for you.

If you want to work out to gain muscle and appear more "boxy," you need to eat a lot in order to keep up with how much you are working off. Otherwise, you won't gain muscle.

THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH IT HAS been VERY helpful. I've been trying to eat healthier less fats and fried foods and also get my personal mini fridge to keep my own food which people in my house  WON'T eat. Once again,

Eh, you don't have to go nuts with exercising, but in my experience building muscle is no good without also slimming down as the fat put on the female areas will remain. Better to slim down as much as you can to a healthy amount, then build muscle after/during this.

It's good to start building the muscle and strength  while you are losing whatever fat you need to lose because added muscle will raise your metabolism on top of the boost it gets from the workouts.  In the long term it will make it much easier to maintain or lose fat without crazy low diets.
