<not allowed> HATE IT. I've stopped eating as much to reduce my colorie intake to try and get my curves away... I also want to have a more masc body ( Obviously ) I want strong
Upper body and also want muscle on my stomach. ABS NOT FLABS. But I get REALLY dysphoric when excersising or basically anything even though I bind. I pull my shirt to make it baggy, pull my pants / shorts up past my hips, purposely try to make my voice deeper, etc. I don't run though because I've had lots of people from LGBTQ+ accounts on instagram say "Don't bind and excersise!" Well I'm not going to go out running without a binder sorry, Idc if it
