i'm in the process of getting my passport renewed, and as far as i'm aware, all i need to change the gender on it is a letter from my doctor stating that my change is likely to be permanent and my deed poll. do i just send these with my passport application, or is the process more complicated?

That's about it. You need to make sure the letter from your doctor contains the right wording. The GIC gave me a letter to the correct format which I used. X
