Hair coming out after dilating?

I'm 2 months post op and there are pieces of hair stuck in lube/discharge coming out with the dilator. I can't tell if the hair is falling out from the outside and getting shoved in OR if it's just dead hair follicles that are shedding. My surgeon cauterizes hair follicles during surgery and I had numerous electrolysis sessions before SRS. If I stick a finger in, it feels pretty smooth and soft like the inside of the mouth.

I did see hair inside the vaginal opening that were actually growing out from the skin but they've gone away since then. I tried pulling at them but they were stuck and eventually disappeared.

Any thoughts?

Who was your surgeon? I would imagine it would depend on what was used for your vaginal canal. I've heard stories of girls going to surgeons who cauterize and hair coming back. I've found hairs getting stuck in the lube of my dilator every once in a while, but I don't think any have ever actually made it inside me. You might be able to get them out with douching -ask the clinic you went to though!! You could potentially hurt yourself at 2 months depending on what technique was used.

How long were the hairs? With only being 2 months post op, this might be a pretty good indication of the source.
